Jonny was very professional provided a quote on the spot. His communication was impressive and provided updates daily. Before I visited the Division location I requested the same service in the south loop and the estimator after a month never provided an estimate or a call. This is the worst location in the city and I will never recommend anyone to this location.

So there’s a new noise coming from the front that was not there prior to the repair, there is also a plastic piece hanging by the rear driver tire, and they forgot a reflector piece that i will be returning for. Overall the car looks nice but there’s new issues now.
