My Experience - 0.0/5.0 -
I brought my 2021 Acura RDX to Crash Champions on February 4 for a fender bender involving the driver’s side front bumper. The repairs were completed on February 18, and my vehicle was running perfectly afterward with no issues. On May 2, I brought the vehicle back after thieves broke into my sunroof. Unfortunately, the car sat in their lot for about a month before I picked it up on June 4. Throughout that process, communication was very poor, and I often had difficulty getting updates on the status of my vehicle. On June 12, I noticed a rotten egg smell coming from the car. By June 14, the smell had become much stronger, and multiple warning lights suddenly came on at the same time, including the battery system, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Collision Mitigation, and Brake Mitigation alerts. Prior to this, my Acura had never experienced any of these issues. In addition, my brakes began making unusual noises, and I noticed a grinding sound from the wheel area whenever I turned left. I dropped the vehicle off again on June 15 for a diagnostic evaluation to determine the cause of these problems. As of today, June 18, I still have not received any update or explanation regarding what was found. While I understand that repairs can take time, the lack of communication and the appearance of significant vehicle issues shortly after the car was returned are extremely concerning. I am disappointed with the overall experience and hope Crash Champions will provide answers and resolve these issues promptly.

Brought the car back twice. And the issues were not fixed. Spoke the the manager and he implied that it was “pre-existing”!!! Took it to the dealership and they confirmed it was part of the accident and that Crash Champions should repaired the AGS. I will never return to Crash Champions and will suggest others to stay away.

Hardly recognized my car when it was brought out! I could tell great quality work and care was taken with the service. It looked like a brand new car.
