I have a set of lights out and went back to show Carlos and because he didn’t take the time to see it he said take a picture and then he can see what’s going on plus I really believe it took way longer then necessary for my car to be fixed. My light is still out and I thought I had a lifetime warranty the light all worked before !

My wife picked up the car this morning, later in the afternoon, we found that the plastic trims all along both doors are coming apart and on both doors the weather strips or gaskets are loose I can see that the retainer clips are broken something that is obvious and your facility deliver the car that way, this is very unprofessional, besides the car was scratched in your place, my wife will be there at Crash Champions on Saturday ( tomorrow) so you can properly fix the car.

It is not to often that a company exceeds my expectations. CARLOS was my repair constant person. He went above and beyond what is expected. My car was not due to be finished until Monday and he managed to complete the repair by Thursday. This is singularly important as I desperately needed my car early. He made it happen! Not only was he incredible the team did a fantastic job. Plus, they cleaned my car. It looks and smells brand new. Your team turned a frustrating situation into a painless and pleasant experience. Keep up the excellent work! Again, major shout out to Carlos! He really impressed me.

I felt the service was overall very good, and they delivered the car before the agreed deadline. The staff was always very polite and courteous. However, I’m not giving 10 due to a few points that need improvement: the car was extremely dirty inside, very dusty, and my beige seats had several dirt marks, clearly from a lack of care. Another issue was that the front bumper was not properly aligned — I noticed it a few days later and had to return for an adjustment. These are details that show a lack of attention in the final finishing.

Post visit, o found my car battery was depleted and I was unable to start my car and had to get a service jump my battery. I had decided to take the car back to the shop for additional inspection after I found my Steering Warning Light had turned on and heard a squeaking noise from the tire that was repaired from the crash. Ultimately I view the steering issue related to the battery, but it would have been useful to ensure a full charge prior to car return.
