Staff are very helpful and friendly, only thing is they don't have time to notify customer about the status of their car.

They are very helpful when you call and ask questions about the status of your car. Only thing I noticed, they don't give you updates on the status of your car, you have to call them.

Repair took longer than anticipated with no reason given for why. Would have appreciated either details in the text updates or a phone call on why the repair completion date kept getting extended.

Repair was fine, just communication wasn’t great. If this is the closest option I’d say it’s okay but had a better experience with the location on Milwaukee a few years ago
