Right from the moment I walked in, the lovely person at the front desk (I wish I caught her name!) was an absolute delight. She was incredibly polite and had such a friendly, welcoming demeanor. It really set a positive tone for the whole visit. And I can't forget Gustavo either! He was super helpful and friendly throughout, making the process smooth and easy. It's truly awesome when you encounter folks who are not only good at their job but also genuinely pleasant to interact with. Seriously, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I'll definitely be recommending Crash Champion to everyone I know. Absolutely top-notch experience!

Car was dirty, paint spray inside the back door & around the tire. The inside of the car was left dusty from the repairs.

Car had a layer of dust inside from repairs that were done on the outside. Blue paint was sprayed along the bottom molding of the back passenger door & tire well. Had to stand in the rain while the technician cleaned the areas with paint thinner. He said he’s ‘going to have to have a talk with his paint guy.’
