The entire crash champions staff was so professional, friendly, and made the entire process of getting my car repaired as stressful as-free as it could have been. Armando and the woman at the front desk were both so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, and all of the repairs made my car look exactly as it did prior to damages. The team also stuck to the original timeline that they provided me with, which was very much appreciated. Thanks Crash Champions on Rockwell St, you’re the best!

I wish our associate would have been more thorough with his estimate. There was a hole in the door and we looked at it together. When I came to pick up the vehicle, he apologized that he missed the hole and explained it would be an extra ~$1200 to fix. This was frustrating because 1.) we both saw the hole when he estimated the repair. 2.) if he initially missed it on his estimate, I would have appreciated a call updating me on the new cost. Since I received no updates outside of when the car would be ready, I expected it to cost what was originally estimated.

Armando was really helpful and reassuring, made the whole process easy from start to finish. People at the front office were really nice and answered all my questions. Having enterprise pick and drop off at the shop was really convenient. I would recommend and I would take my car here in the future

I didn't get answers to questions in the beginning that would have helped me make informed decisions. The estimate and documents should have included pictures. I wasn't called about the car needing more time than originally stated. There are still scratches on the window and the driver side that were from the accident, but I decided to let it slide because we need the car.
