The body work is fantastic. My only knock is that my driver side mirror vibrates on the road now and isn't locked in place like my passenger side mirror is

Overall they were really great to work with and so nice. They did a good job fixing my car as well and seemed thorough. My only issue was that communication wasn't great, so I got surprised when my car was finished and I had to pick it up right away because insurance stopped rental car payments earlier than I was told they would, because the shop was going to be done earlier. The irony was the day they told me I had to get my car is a day I also had to go into the hospital for a procedure and I wasn't sure I could pick the car up, potentially incurring out of pocket rental costs. The good news is that Anthony was really nice to work with, working after hours to see what my options were. Even though I ended up having to get the car due to insurance refusing to extend the rental, I felt supported. He was really understanding of my frustration. He even offered to let me pick the car up after-hours if I needed to. I ended up having to pick the car up, and was able to go with the assistance of my partner. With all that said, I would recommend CC and everyone I worked with there was so kind and helpful, too.

After repair had something that must have been caused by the accident not fixed or fought for to be covered. It Cost just about as much as my insurance claim to fix on my own separately

My car was not fully fixed correctly some parts was not in it correctly position I raised my complains the location

Most of the parts installed was after market, which was not at my satisfaction, wires were not fully installed,undamaged parts was removed and replaced of which I have complained at the location before I drove of.
