The communication was excellent, and the staff willing to allow me to come after operation hours to pick up my car, what stood out the most to me was the young lady making sure I returned the rental car so I would not be charged for having the car since my car was ready, she didn't want them to charge me, Thank you 🙂

Abi was my adjuster and she was great. If i can rate her 11/10 i would Very friendly easy to talk to and actually knows alittle something about cars. I would definitely recommend and will go back if needed for future work.

The repair itself was fine but I had a box of Kleenex that went missing and I said whatever. But then I realized my blue roll of paper towels and my new car cleaner were also missing. They were located below my front passenger seat and were not there anymore. (No one else has used my car besides myself) :(
