My experience began with the manager having a screaming match with another customer in the lobby. On the day my car was promised to be ready, they discovered two parts were missing or broken. Three days later, when I went to pick it up, one of the parts was hanging off due to broken clips.

My 2019 Acura TLX driver side door , Handle was damaged, They did a good with the body repair. My car has keyless entry , And it doesn.t work . They replaced it with a used part. Which I think was very stupid ! And my key on the lock cylinder doesn't work either? The manager said? They never switch the lock cylinder, Nevertheless? It doesn't work? It is at the shop at the moment being fixed properly I hope? I am never going back to the Countryside location I very disappointed with this incompetence.

The Manager Dave. Was giving me an unprofessional attitude when I spoke to him the next day after I picked up my car and told him about the key cylinder not working and the keyless entry not working.
