Ryan and Darcy were super helpful and made everything so easy! They were very transparent and made sure I was updated and kept in the loop. I really appreciated that as you only hear nightmare stories following an accident. Ryan followed up when he said he would and was always so welcoming to all my questions. He was honest with his answers and if I asked for his recommendations you could tell his response was genuine. I have already recommended Crash Champions to friends and coworkers and will continue for sure!!

I found it strange that the payment process was held up by the fact that the staff didn't know if they accepted business checks. Why pay CC processors when you can have cash in hand? Otherwise great experience. I almost got tired of the progress reports.
