Very likely that I would recommend Crash Champions car repair. I would only caution about the hail damage estimate service location.

I appreciated the text message updates including the receipt of my car insurance approval of the Crash Champions estimate of the hail damage to my car, the updates of the repair progress, and the two day early completion of my car’s repair. The difficult part was getting my two appointments to assess the hail damage cancelled, and having to take my car to another Crash Champions site for the estimate. The repair was well done and I will continue to use Crash Champions car repair services as needed.

Crash champions set up an appointment for me to drop off my car for a hit and run repair, when I arrived I was told the location they picked for me does not service Teslas and that it needed to be towed elsewhere, when the car was ready it sat at the location for 2 days before they towed it back to me, they said no one picked up and someone was coming after hours but that didn’t happen. My rental had to be extended through my insurance. Just was not an easy experience.

The car was in the shop for 3 week without an update and there are still missing parts. Someone was supposed to contact me Monday or Tuesday this week to install missing parts but have not heard from anyone

The repairs were done , however it took longer than we anticipated without any updates from crash Champions. In addition I asked and spoke with someone 3times to fix a broken front light that was unrelated to the repairs due to accident. Every time i was very clear that I will be paying for it separately. Not only it was never done but when I finały went to pick up the car and I pointed to the lady that light was not fixed she said she will call me after the weekend with the quote and to arrange the repairs. That was almost 2 weeks ego….. I guess they do not care for more business.

#1, we just got from vacation on August 26, literally from the airport my husband straight from your facility. I stayed home, didn’t go because I am sick. My husband parked the car in our driveway. Camera was on & didn’t use the car until the next day ( August 27) Then yesterday when we’re carefully spotting the work I noticed the paint wasn’t that smooth, you can see some irregularities and not as shinny as the rest of the paint . And we saw a probably an inch of a scratch above the door handle ( top curve). I am really frustrated about this.

They had my car for over a month and a half. Stripped it down the day I dropped it off. Wish they would have waited until they had the parts because I still could have used my car for work and not waste my money on rental cars. Otherwise they did a fine job.
