Everything turned out very well. But in fixing the small dent and scrash you some how needed to disconnect something in my electrical system. My car is a hybrid. Now some of the apps in my car don't work the same. I guess I have to take my car back to the dealer to have this fixed.

While the paint looks good, the front piece on the hood is supposed to be "smoked" chrome and it is no way smoked- also for a "new" piece it has a major flaw. My windshield has been installed and taken to have the tinting done as it was originally; however, it is not the same- it is higher than it was originally.

I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions from start to finish. I recently needed auto body repairs on my vehicle and was initially very concerned that the cost might be more than I could afford. From the moment I reached out, scheduling was easy, and Melissa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was welcoming, transparent, and took the time to help me understand my options, including ways to make the repairs more affordable. Most importantly, she made me feel confident that getting my vehicle repaired was actually possible. Just two days after meeting with Melissa, I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 AM, and it was ready for pickup by 3:30 PM the same day. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations—I would personally say the work was 100%, although the team is humble enough to say they’re only at about 98%! I truly appreciated the professionalism, communication, efficiency, and genuine care I received throughout the entire process. Crash Champions made what initially felt like a stressful and overwhelming situation incredibly easy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs. Thank you to Melissa and the entire Crash Champions team for taking such great care of me and my vehicle!

Rob who helped us through the process was very kind, thorough and easy to work with. He was on top of it all and communicated well with us about what to expect and timeframes. Not only did he get the car looking brand new he had it finished 4 days early! Will definitely be back but also hopeful we won’t have a reason to be ;)
