Cindy was fantastic through out the whole process, such a sweet lady to speak on the phone with, Vanessa was so on top of making sure I was filled in on the process as I was thrilled to be without my car for two weeks so she def made that a better experience for me and Joe just has the greatest attitude, I love when you can tell when someone loves what they do off a living. The team at gerber took really a poor situation for me, and made the best out of it. I’m big on energy and I’d be happy to serviced by them again! Will def recommended to friends and family

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision after my first accident. The whole process was new to me, but Vanessa and Cindy at Gerber Collision made everything so much easier. Cindy at the front desk was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions, which I really appreciated. Vanessa was fantastic and kept me updated throughout the repair process with regular calls, so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. The coordination with Enterprise was awesome as well and made everything go smoothly. Overall, the customer service and communication were excellent. I really appreciate Vanessa, Cindy, and everyone at Gerber Collision for making a stressful first-time accident experience much easier to deal with. Highly recommend!

Claire was the only one who was honest and said she was sorry for the inconvenience. Yet a member was downstairs the entire time I was waiting to go over a car I already paid for that was unsatisfactory. 45 minutes later after they rewashed it and buffed it.
