Honestly, I am completely disappointed with the attitude of a manager in that body shop. Instead of explaining and de escalating our concerns, he kept arguing with us. I picked up my car and soon I realised there is an issue remain in the car . I called them and brought my car to shop. But usually. If it is a shop fault, they should provide a transportation so that I can do my stuff but manager kept quiet so I had call my son to drop off and pick up. It is a serious concern of attitude of manager.
