When my son went to pick up the car, he told me the bumper wasn't attached properly and he had to wait 20-25 minutes for them to reapply it. For that reason I'm not giving it a 10

There were some scratches on the new back window that weren’t caught or brought up when I picked it up that I didn’t notice until I got it home. I would’ve liked a little more communication when working on the car as well.
