The body work was ok but they left me with my car lit up like a Christmas tree on the dashboard. After giving me the run around about “tires being from different years” to “tires being different sizes” as the cause. I took my car to Honda, had them measure every tires tread and confirm that there is no way that this would have caused the dashboard lights to go off like that. It was confirmed that Crash Champions does not understand that you need to perform an all sensor relearn procedure which takes all of a few minutes. Maybe teach your technicians how to do this before sending someone off where their car is not safe to drive instead of saying that “the sensor is seeing that each tire is from a different year”

There is continuous noise from the wind while driving, as the window/door is not sealed the same way despite looking like it's closed. When putting the window down, and pulling it back up, it will not close upwards to the fullest and stop right before the point where it should be. When closing the door, the noise is very tinny, and hollow compared to every other door in the car. It does not have the same heft and is not as solid as it should be. It is not like the others, nor is it close to how it was before either.

Always amazing work! I refuse to take my cars/trucks anywhere else for bodywork on them! My fav person is the front desk because she always has the biggest smile and never in a bad mood! It’s feels good to be greeted with kindness like that!
