Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience and service received at this crash championship location. Everyone team member was pleasant and ready to help as soon as I walked in through the door. I was assigned a great service advisor, Alex, he was thorough and efficient in what he did. I had gotten an initial quote and was out the door within 30 minutes with all the information I needed to get my car patched up. Dropped off my car with clear expectations of when I’d be getting the car back, and what will be repaired, and even got it back sooner. I also received updates regularly on my car throughout the repair which I was grateful to receive. My expectations were exceeded despite the unfortunate situation that brought me here.

Everyone was incredibly helpful from start to finish. My service advisor, Alex, great at what he does, gave clear expectations on quality of repairs and time, had great communication throughout my time being serviced. Otherwise, the overall team was great and made the overall experience wonderful.

Hello! I recently had my vehicle (2018 Ford Explore) repaired at your Elgin location, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing top-quality service. They took the time to clearly explain the repair process, kept me updated throughout via text, and answered all my questions without hesitation. The workmanship was outstanding—my car looks as good as new, and you’d never know it had been damaged. The attention to detail and quality of the repair really stood out. Also handled communication with the Insurance company smoothly, which made the process stress free. What impressed me most was the combination of efficiency and care. The team made sure everything was perfect before returning my vehicle. It’s clear you all take pride in your work and value your customers. Lastly my car was washed and vacuumed!! Thank you!!!

They did a great job on my car but what stands out most is the receptionist. Every time I went in there she greeted me with a sincere smile and a happy attitude. Obviously when a customer goes in, it’s under unfortunate circumstances and it is so uplifting to be greeted in such a friendly positive way. It paves the pathway for a satisfactory experience throughout the duration. I also loved the texts that kept me alert of the progression of the repair. All around good experience.
