I've been a customer for a couple of years now and I've never had an issue that they've never wanted to solve. The work is phenomenal and so are all the employees herem. I love the environment whenever I walk in and they always remember me which can not be topped!

Overall good. Service rep had mixed up my car without another car and had initially asked for payment althogh repairs were covered by at fault driver for my accident. After calling insurance company, they spoke to the service rep and they confirmed they were looking at the wrong paperwork for my car. Once the service rep found the correct paperwork, it was confirmed no payment was due on my end.

I was impressed by the up-to-date communication I received from Crash Champions from start to finish They even helped coordinate my Rental Car, which made pick up and drop off much easier.
