Friendly, helpful, professional service from the start. I was kept updated throughout the entire repair process from start to finish and even afterwards. I enjoyed working with everyone I came into contact with at Crash Champions, Bolingbrook. Glad I chose this specific location for my repairs. The Bolingbrook location came highly recommended. I would like to note that I was satisfied that they completed a day early. But overall I got the vehicle back with check engine light on. I can guarantee it was not on before taking it in for service. I asked for the pre and post scan diagnostics and I only received the last one before pick up, I called back to say I want both scans and I got no response. The hood wasn’t safely secured in, had to return back to shop for them to secure this. Check engine light has not been resolved yet. Service tech says it’s regular “maintenance” issue, this is not true. Work was done around the front bumper and the issue is with the sensor on the front bumper. Also I didn’t really enjoy that they added 158 miles on my vehicle. It went in with dent damage. I understand moving around the lot but 158 miles worth??

Did not replace the entire mirror that was damaged. Just replaced the cap. There were two dents that were discussed during the assessment. I had zero communication to why this was not fixed as discussed. I basically found out 3 weeks later when picking up. It was a Suburban and top of vehicle hit the top panel of my vehicle.
