We've had several jobs done by Carstar in the past! Being completely satisfied with the work done, recommendations have been made to family members and friends. We just got our vehicle back on Sept. 18 after having hail damage repaired. We are very dissatisfied with the condition with which our car was returned to us. Incomplete work and cleanliness issues are the biggest complaints. This was brought to the franchise managers attention. The car will be brought back to make things right, at no additional expense to us.
