Still a bit of a gap in the rear bumper area which isn't terrible, but my wife noticed the word "Gap" was at some point written on the area and didn't actually wash off cleanly as you can still see the word. I now have to see if I can get that removed.

Poor customer service; they returned the vehicle with shoddy workmanship: screws were missing from the replaced trim, and the driver's side door panel was improperly installed following the side-mirror repair. I do not recommend this shop.
