Everything with the car was great. The repair looks great and we appreciate the frequent updates you provide. One opportunity for improvement is with your front desk person. He never welcomed us when we entered and he spent most of the time looking at his emails rather than interacting with us.

They were more than kind and helpful when I called. Thank you! They did not share with me, when I first called, that it would take time to get to my vehicle as a result of them being in high demand. Please let customers know the timeline of their repair.
