Your employees are fabulous humans. So kind and complete asking for my feedback. Making sure I was personally comfortable when I came with my wounded car and again as I didn’t understand what to do about a messsge that my anti-theft device was disabled. And they stayed late in the day for my benefit.

When the chrome panel above my driver side window was replaced the tint on the inside of the window on the top was damaged. The person who made this repair had to have known the damage was done when the work was being performed and said nothing. Before I left the parking lot after walking around my car I rolled down my windows because it was hot inside my car and saw the tint torn. I brought it to the advisor attention and was told the general manager was not available and he would contact me after labor day on September 8th. I'm very disappointed that the person who scraped the tint didn't say anything about it and I paid alot of money for repairs overall only to get my car back with damaged that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Theirs a lack of integrity with your workers. When the advisor called to inform me my car would be ready for pick up today, he informed me my car would checked to make sure everything was good and my car would be washed. When I walked around my car there were green specs on the hood and roof on my car and I brought it to the advisor attention who then got another employee to assist in cleaning the markings off. I made a comment that I was informed my car would be washed and the advisor said the guy who was suppose to have washed your car is right here. My car was not washed and I had to request the green specs be removed. The advisor was more concerned about my walk which was an inappropriate ask about my leg, rather make sure I was satisfied. I replied that I was good in which I am, injury is not always visible please inform him of that. The advisor was not honest in the service my car was to receive and my tint was damaged during the repair. I would like to have the tint where the repair was made replaced. All the windows on my car where the work was not performed the window tint is fine. I recently purchased my car and recently paid to have the tint on my windows. I came to this shop because it was recommended by my insurance company and I regret that I did due to the service I received from this shop.

The advisor told me my car would be washed and checked over when I picked up my car. There were green specs on my paint, car wasn't washed, and a piece of tint was torn when molding was replaced on driver side. No one brought it to my attention. I have another issue I would like to show the manager.
