Not sure why Progressive referred us here since our issue was replacement of a shattered glass (sunroof) & that had to be subcontracted out from Crash Champions - it made more sense for Progressive to just had referred us to a business that specializes in glass - Crash Champions did its best to get it replaced & for that we are grateful

Amazing customer service by Manager Rick and all of his staff. Their attention to detail willingness to explain everything far exceeded my expectations 10/10! My car was also finished 4 days earlier than expected. They even helped streamline the car rental services. Wow!
