Crash Champions Grandview was literally PHE-NOM-ENAL! They were on top of their communication, the detailed work, and my car looked basically Brand New when I picked it up. The text message notifications allowed me to be able to stay on top of any updates on my vehicle and they even completed 1 day prior to deadline. They reached out to update me on any items on my car that needed to fixed separate from my insurance coverage and allowed me to make a decision before doing the work. I will HIGHLY recommend them ALL THE TIME. 👌

Ashley and Jacob in the front were very helpful and kind! Ashley was such a sweet heart. She was very patient with me to help understand the process, bill, and questions I had. I overheard her talking to a customer on the phone and she was very caring and protective to ease the person who seemed anxious about something.

The repair was done/completed in 1 day and I am very satisfied with it. The car was also sanitized and detailed on the inside as well. I was truly impressedwith the excellent serviceI received. Also, the estimator Joshua Linhardt displayed EXCELLENT customer service from the beginning to the end. I will definitely recommend crash champions in the future, to friends and family.
