Most employees were not wearing masks at drop off or pick up; mirror cover still had visual scratches on it; have to reschedule work with another body shop to paint scratches; broken mirror left in back seat and not disposed of.

The gentlemen that I dealt with were not an issue. However, more than once the ladies were suppose to return my calls and that did not happen I had to keep calling back I would be put on hold and then they say I would get a call and then no call

Even though, it took way longer than it was supposed to to fix my car the GM paid for the rental for all of the extra days and also waived my deductible. And my car looks AMAZING 🥰

There’s a new door on the van, but the window doesn’t work, the headlight on that side doesn’t work and the lock hesitated this morning. I doubt anything short of redoing the job would rectify this and that my window motor and lock motor will wear to a stop soon. Probably going to have to sell the vehicle now while it’s still “working.” They also didn’t put the trim on the door, but I understand that issue because the parts are back ordered. Still overall a really unfortunate experience. The only reason I didn’t give it a one is because the paint job is decent.
