I wasn’t going to say anything because doing so causes me extreme anxiety. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the work that was done on my car and I just can’t not say anything. With the exception of my headlight restoration and some paint buffed out of my front bumperf (from a stepstool that fell on my car) the front and the rear bumpers look exactly the same as they did before. Also, the door ding repair is of poor quality. I’m not sure if the mission was unclear, but we agreed that if the eggshell in my front and rear bumper weren’t able to have been wet sanded after a sample section, I was to be notified. I would have been open to having them painted. I wanted my car to look like it had just been driven off of the dealership lot or into a car show. :-(

Good job - but I’d also asked for scratch repair to be done while in there & that was disregarded - separate from claim- I offered to pay over & above 🤷🏻♀️
