My experience was amazing for many reasons. I selected your company because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff who answered my questions openly, professionally and directly even providing additional unasked information about the process including usage of OEM and used parts and what that meant to my repairs. I also selected your company because of the very immaculate office and dress of your staff. It screamed professionalism and quality of product. The process was great because car rental was seamless with the staff calling enterprise when I arrived and allowing me to drop off my rental at the store when I picked up my truck. It took 3 to 4 weeks to repair my truck. I was notified every couple of days. I noticed a difference between automated responses and then human created texts. My finished truck is beautiful. The paint is matched exactly though my vehicle is 7 years old. The exterior looks like it just came from the factory. My tail gate was damaged to the point it would not open. I was amazed that it was repaired and the interior of the tailgate re-used. This demonstrated the strictness of the process your company had to follow that is mandated by the insurance company and the care the team provided in restoring my truck while matching a repaired part with an undamaged part. When I picked up my truck it was an employee that I had never meet. He treated me well and was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and had all my paperwork ready. He reassured me my vehicle was ready by allowing me to take it for a test drive. He answered all my questions and provided insightful details and reassurance about the lifetime warranty. I would 110% re-use your company in the unfortunate event I’m in an accident again and recommend your company to all my friends and family for repairs. Thank you.

I am unsure due to them calling to say it was ready and visibly you could see that it was not! Make you wonder if you can trust someone??

When I picked the vehicle up, it was not completely fixed. I have to bring it back once they get the parts in. I don't understand why they called to say it was redady?! Obviously, it still had things that were not fixed all the way.

The gentleman that was working Saturday when I picked up was nice and he said, "I am sorry, I can't help you with this. You were working with Matt and you will have to call him Monday". So, I did and when I came up, Matt was busy so someone else helped me.

Front desk was great. However, my service advisor never once called me without me having to call first. I was told I’d receive an update once my car was assessed (never happened and when I called >48 hours later I was giving an estimated completion of 1 week later. I received zero communication until I called a week later. Then was told it would be an additional week (which was fine, just was never informed) and then I had to call to figure out when my car would be done. Overall, car got done quickly and coordination with insurance was great!
