Front desk was great. However, my service advisor never once called me without me having to call first. I was told I’d receive an update once my car was assessed (never happened and when I called >48 hours later I was giving an estimated completion of 1 week later. I received zero communication until I called a week later. Then was told it would be an additional week (which was fine, just was never informed) and then I had to call to figure out when my car would be done. Overall, car got done quickly and coordination with insurance was great!

Crash Champions was great to work with. Once I was able to meet with Matt and go over the repair everything was very easy after that. Allstate the insurance company on the other hand was terrible to work with. To many people that don’t have a clue what is going on.
