I was quoted 3-4 hours of labor. It took 9 business days. I told them I wasn't able to get a rental car. I paid 50% up front in order to get the parts ordered ahead of time, in order to speed up the process. I called 5 days into it and they hadn't even started. It was very inconvenient to be without my car for 2 weeks, and it seems it was unnecessary. I will not recommend this shop to my friends.
