Donna was there for me the minute I walked in the door. She was professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. She got me checked in very quickly and effectively. She was compassionate in regards to my situation. She kept me updated in regards to where my car was in the process of getting fixed. Can't speak highly enough about Donna she is kind,efficient as well as a excellent customer service representative for your company.

Donna spoke to me on the phone to set up me for bringing in my car for repairs. She met my family he was bringing in my mom's van so when I dropped off my car I would have transportation. Donna helped me when I showed up later with my car to get it check in for repairs. Donna was professional but empathetic and caring. Donna went above and beyond to make sure we got all the information correct to be able to communicate with me. Donna was very efficient on keeping up-to-date on where my car was in the process of being fixed. On the day my car was ready she made sure that I was notified. Donna is a great customer representative for trash crash champions.

Very nice people. Took way too long to fix. 11 days in shop. Needed to replace not repair compromised bumper imo. Reflects on Nationwide more than shop.
