Beginning with Rachel, she was very precise and presented herself very professionally. She did a great job explaining the process from the repairs to be made to keeping me abreast of progress on an often and timely basis. Which she did follow up accordingly. Repairs on my vehicle have been completed on a timely basis as promised. I'm very pleased with the work done on my vehicle. This is my second occasion dealing with Crash Champion and both instances, I've been completely satisfied. On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the lowest, I truly rate Crash Champion at 10.
