We have had good experiences with them in the past. I would say this was just off.

The repair itself was okay. The first time I picked up my vehicle and took it home we realized the paint color didn’t match the rest of the car. I didn’t receive updates on the progress and had to call several times to see when it would be done. When I took it back in the second time to get them to repaint the bumper they said it would be a day. I no longer had a rental vehicle so it was very inconvenient for me. So when they said they would cal with updates and then didn’t it did aggravate me. Everyone was very nice, it just didn’t go as smoothly as it could have.

They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle after a hit and run accident. They even cleaned the inside of my car, and it just made the experience much better. I would definitely reccomend them to anyone.
