The staff was excellent in communication and in their interactions with me. I highly recommend Crash Champions and have told my insurance company about my positive experience. The receptionist/scheduler remembered my husband from a few years ago when he needed a repair. Because we have had heavy rain today, we have not had an opportunity to thoroughly examine the vehicle, but I’m sure it will be okay and know I can count on the staff if I need anything else.
