The repair itself seems to be fine. The bigger issue, which was corrected was with the battery and not making sure it was good to go. Additionally, making sure that all of the paperwork was in order with the insurance company prior to picking the car up. It all worked out in the end, but was a major inconvenience.

Kelly was on top of things and I'd give her a 10. The 7 rating is more for how things were handled by others while Kelly was out of the office and mentioned in my previous comment about the battery / insurance company and how those were handled.

We were told it would probably be done mid to late week but never heard back until I called at the end of the week. The vehicle looked nice and it even looked like they cleaned on the inside! I was impressed! The replaced part looked slightly lighter in color to me than it’s surrounding parts but barely noticeable.

Spring 2021 had a great experience with a bumper replacement that was next day and so my expectations were very high to have my vehicle quicker. I never expected a 9 day turnaround on such a small scrape. But if I had understood the magnitude of frame damage, it would be helped me to know when I'd get my vehicle. I wish I'd had more info at dropoff to know how long it would take.
