They had forgotten to connect my windshield wash sensor up or it tells me I have no fluid. But they said to bring it in and they will take care of it. Good service.

They were very professional, they cared about us being happy and satisfied, not just at the end, but throughout the whole process. Multiple updates per week. And the quality makes it look like our damage never even happened. Good as new. We would gladly work with them again in the future.

Crash Champions auto text system is lousy. I got two reminders of an appointment within 3 hours of making the appointment. Some updates provided by customer service rep were via a text (5 digit #) which when I asked folliwup questions, they went unanswered. Other followups were via phone call.

First of all the secretary was great and very helpful to me and explain things real well. Casey the one that checked out the car and wrote up everything she was very well. Well nice and explained everything to me and her crew did a great and wonderful job I would give them all a 10 on my end.

Crash champions was amazing to work with! They pre ordered my parts so my car was able to be fixed much faster than expected. They communicated constantly throughout the process and even worked around a planned family vacation. I was super happy with them and appreciative of all of the staff make sure I was set up with my rental car and so on. Highly recommend!
