Kacey and the team were fantastic. Transparent, communicative, and helpful during the whole process. Didn't even take as long as it was estimated, despite having to order another bumper after receiving the first one damaged. They also cleaned the entire outside of my car, and even gave it a nice rinse off after the rainfall that hit before I picked it up. Couldn't have asked for a better time, thank you sincerely!

So far the car looks great. Still need more time to inspect. But I would have to say the customer service I received was outstanding. Very knowledgeable of the process and extremely helpful. Casey did an excellent job keeping me updated and never left me not knowing the status of repairs. I’d give her an exceeds expectation for her overall customer service performance. I enjoyed working with the team.
