Repair was fast and easy, all handled by insurance. Only issue is a small paint blemish on tailgate, looks like a “drip” on the black paint.

Patrick was great at keeping me updated as the repairs were being made. The process was a bit slower than I expected, but I know the mechanics found additional issues as they worked. With the time for shipping of parts (especially foreign), I think it was reasonable. The girl at the front desk was also kind and helpful, representing the company well.

Went to Crash Champions in 2 different Nampa locations over the last 2 years and had excellent work from both shops. Not only was the work on my CRV high quality, but the professionalism and clear communication was a great experience. I plan to use Crash Champions for any future mishaps. And I believe Crash Champions corporate holds each shop to high standards so I will feel free to go any where convenient.

Kasey is the best and the whole process was made better by her good communication and updates. Car repairs are never fun, but you all do a great job of expediting the process and communicating with the car owners. Not to mention our truck looks good as new. Thanks so much!!!
