The body work completed on my vehicle appears to be good based on visual inspection, although I am not trained in auto repair. However, I have concerns about the overall professionalism and communication during the process. The completion date was pushed back multiple times, and I was eventually told I would be contacted when the vehicle was ready without a clear timeframe. My vehicle appeared to have been moved between locations, and when I asked about it, my concerns were dismissed and not clearly addressed. Instead, I was given a story from a customer with a similar concern which they also dismissed. When I picked up my car, the driver’s side was dirty, the interior was very dusty, even though the interior had been clean when I dropped it off. I also received inconsistent explanations from staff regarding these issues. Because my car was not delivered in a timely manner, it caused additional expenses for me while I still had to find a way to and from work daily. Because of this experience, I am unsure about relying on the lifetime warranty offered.
