Communication was great. Polite employees. Repair took a few extra days due to COVID, but they were honest and got the job done. Compared to a few other shops I looked at they were able to get the estimate and repairs completed faster. Glad I chose them.

If they did a better job at communicating like they said they would, and if they had noticed the issues that required a part replacement before I did, it would have been a perfect experience.

Overall it was great. Had to return for a minor part replacement after initial repairs were done, which kinda sucked.

Everyone was polite, friendly, and they offer free coffee, who does that? Not many. Great stuff. Just wished I had gotten the calls I was promised to keep me updated on the status.

Jordan Vera was the best as well as the office staff! Can't tell you how nice it eas dealing with such awesome people. my truck looks wonderful after the repair, I was worried about some of the electroniics but everything works as supose to Thank You Crash Champions!
