Glad they could get me in. Great work. I understand there was a shortage of work, but then my tech went on a week vacation, which lengthened it out to almost a month. Otherwise, 👍

If they could work constantly with Jim then I would say yes. But if they have to deal with any of the others, they really have no clue what's going on.

There were still some scratches on the hood that had to be buffed out upon pick up. You could see scratches from where they removed the door.

Jim was a good help, but when he was on vacation I never could get an answer about a completion date from anyone.

Took about 2 months longer than I was told. My car has an interlock device in it which I left them thorough inductions to use and they locked it out twice which cost me $160 which Progressive refuses to cover. So I had to pay $160 because SOMEONE ELSE REAR ENDED ME? Ridiculous

I was told multiple times it would just be a few more days until it was finished. That happened about 6 times. I didn't choose to get a rental car because of the false hope statements. More then not I was the one who had to call and ask about the status of my vehicle. I was rarely informed by the company.

Kept me posted through the whole process. Kept up with Geico to get things approved despite Geico being hard to get ahold of. All in all great service.
