Each time we went in , we did have to wait several minutes for someone to greet us, or come acknowledge us, there needs to be some sort of bill or something.

The do great work. Can't even tell there was a dent in the fender at all. There was some billing issues with the other party's insurance. And they worked with them to get it cleared up.
