The Repairs were great. However Communication was not very great. And of course the time it took to get my car fixed. But I know ever Body Shop was way behind. So that’s not on you guys

Rated 5 because,...Waited over 3 months to get my car repaired. Wheels, OEM Lower cover ,Fender liner, CLUSTER REPROGRAM and Tire mount & wheel balance. After picking my vehicle on May 11th from Crash Champions after repairs it still didn't run like it was repaired correctly. I took it to Commercial tire and wheel is bent and possibly needs new tire. Commercial tire says no new tire was replaced after it was on the supplement invoice. I'm currently waiting on wheel after 2 weeks.

My car was filthy when it was returned to me.

I received a lot of text messages to update me while the repair was in progress. It completely stopped when it was supposed to be done. I received a message from USAA saying payment was made but NOTHING from you. I called after 2 days to see when it would be done and was told it has been done but you were waiting on payment. I then called USAA and they were able to sort out what was going on and I picked up my car. It say out in a storm for 2 days completed and was super dirty when I got it back.
