Communication was excellent. The repaired site looks brand new—well done! We chose this shop because they were close but that shop wasn’t taking new jobs so we had to go clear to Francis. After removing battery didn’t reset info screen or digital speedometer—minor annoyance.

Side mirror is different from the original and the steering wheel feels tight. Unsure if the wheel was like that before but feels a little different.
