My name is not John. My name is Isaiah, I called to tell one of your service teams that I was receiving text messages about a car WHICH I DO NOT EVEN OWN, under someone named John, and asked for my phone number to be disconnected from his account. I did NOT hit stop on text messages because I wanted to document everything incase this was someone trying to use my identity (I've recently had a ssc stolen.) And was told there'd be no further issues by the man I briefly spoke with before being hung up on. Here it is a week later and I'm still being contacted about a car that I NEVER brought to you or ever even contacted you about. I'd say I'm pretty disappointed! Make sure the people you're doing work for are legit! I will be furious and will be pressing charges against anyone involved if I get some sort of charge in the mail.

Well, the repair took twice as long as was estimated. It also cost twice as much as the estimate. The insurance company was picking up the bill, so I’m indifferent. The delay on repair just meant more time in a rental. The communication was just okay. The work looks very good.
