The team at Crash Champion did an AMAZING job with my truck! My insurance company had given them a bit of a hard time when it came to the initial estimates cost to repair but Stacy kept me well informed where we were in the process. They were able to get it all figured out for final estimate of repairs. My trucks looks good as NEW after leaving the body shop. I’m very satisfied!

Overall I feel like you were in good contract with me. Took longer than we all thought only because we were waiting for parts which was not your fault and frustrating for all. Only thing I was disappointed in was after I did pick up my car the back up camera wasn’t working. Wasn’t a big thing ended up being a loose wire but you think when they parked my car someone would of noticed it not working. Other than that really my cst looks good. Thank you

I’ve been to this repair shop a few times before they’ve always done an outstanding job. Brian Dunham is an exceptional employee. He is extremely knowledgeable and customer-centric and assisted me greatly. Consistently and timely communicated and went above and beyond and is a great asset to Crash Champions! I have 36 years auto insurance claims experience and recognize exceptional customer service-Brian clearly displays that level of service and Alea was also very helpful and consistently communicated with me very well-great teamwork and a great job completing repairs on my 2016 BMW X5.
