The timeline they gave us when appointment scheduled didn't match what happened. They changed the timeline when we arrived abd changed it two more times. We were not happy.

A very nice touch was picking up my Tesla and it had been washed and some level of interior detail was done. So far- the repaired components are functioning normally and look perfect Check with me in a year or two -

Small - but had a conversation with the shop on a Friday - and I ended the call with the impression the car might be done that day but likely not. I finally got the call it was ready and picked it up a week later. Communication clarity is difficult - to be sure. This was the only “not perfect” experience I had

They were very professional & kept me informed. They did their Very Best to get the work done as fast as possible & kept me informed!
