Crash Champions (was Custom Body) have always been efficient, communicative and have done great work on our cars. It's never fun to have to deal with a crash, but I would recommend Crash Champions with any car you own.

There is no need to contact me. I was very impressed with Steve the man who started our repair. From there it was down hill. The text messages that give you incorrect or incomplete information. The rude woman who answers the phone and is extremely rude when you are calling to clarify the text messages. The woman who called me to set up my rental (from your company) and then said it may not be covered depending on how your company billed my insurance. This created 2 hrs of follow-up to make sure that it was covered, only to find out you have nothing to do with it. So to sum up, I would recommend Steve to a friend but I would tell that same friend to avoid the headaches your company causes.

waited close to 6 wks for my appointment the day of my scheduled time they never bothered to order the bumper so it sat in repair shop for 2 days i had to find additional rides etc dont schedule the time until parts are in stock wasted a ton of my time and others

Who ever buffed out the car must have used a brillo pad. The finish job looks as if an amateur did it and does not hold up to the standard of finish on the rest of the car
