I am satisfied with the great customer service I received. The team was very communicative and easy to work with. I am also happy with the end result, the car looks great. Because of this I am giving a 10, but the one negative about this whole process was how long it took. With that said I am sure a lot of it was outside of the shops control such as waiting for parts, then having parts coming in damaged and so on, but I just wanted to add that as if there is one area for improvement, it could be in that area potentially.
