I am satisfied with the great customer service I received. The team was very communicative and easy to work with. I am also happy with the end result, the car looks great. Because of this I am giving a 10, but the one negative about this whole process was how long it took. With that said I am sure a lot of it was outside of the shops control such as waiting for parts, then having parts coming in damaged and so on, but I just wanted to add that as if there is one area for improvement, it could be in that area potentially.

Unfortunately i have had to come to your shop on 2 different occasions. One for a total front end collision and the secomd time because of a bullet hole through my truck. Both times you guys did an amazing job repairing my silverado. You cant even tell that any event ever occured. My truck has sustained over 21,000 dollars worth of damage and if i didnt tell anybody they would never even be able to tell. 17 stars out of 5. Also the new messaging system that keeps the customer informed throughout the entire process is a definite plus and a serious stress reducer. Thank you all...

The receptionist, i’m sorry I don’t remember her name. I think it was Zana was fantastic and so was Steve super helpful very efficient weren’t trying to upsell me on damage. Helped me get an appointment scheduled for an alignment right away fixed another part within minutes when I had to come back super great I would highly recommend them anytime.
